At Blue River Diamonds we care about our environment and the health and well being of the world’s people. All of our diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict-free and ethically sourced from sight holders that are full participants in the Kimberly Process. Our diamonds are responsibly sourced from mines in Africa, Australia, and Canada. You also have the option of searching our recycled, vintage, and American grown lab grown diamond options, or alternatively our salt & pepper, rustic diamond, and moissanite options. We are proud partners with the Diamonds Do Good campaign to support the Diamond Empowerment fund which is a global nonprofit organization whose mission is to support initiatives that develop and empower people in diamond communities worldwide.
Every effort is continually being made to bring you beautifully crafted jewelry, while keeping the environment and the well being of all the people of the world at the forefront of our companies principals. That is why we use 95- 100% recycled metals in all of our custom pieces in an effort to minimize the effects of environmentally damaging mining practices.
We support American made brands whenever possible including Lestage Cape Cod, Convertible, and Evening Tide Collections and our own custom bridal designed in house and cast in Louisiana. We also support fair trade companies like VanDam Metalworks and Trouvaille .
We provide expert jewelry repair on items purchased through us, from elsewhere, and passed down. Because we are very thorough with our repair work some items could take up to two weeks. We are able to replace batteries on most watches, however some high-end watches, such as Rolex, we recommend taking to an authorized dealer.
We have excellent graduate gemologists on staff who are able to do appraisals for insurance purposes. They are done on site while you wait. Please reach out to either location for an appointment.
We are happy to purchase your unwanted or broken jewelry with some of the best prices around. We also recommend reaching out for an appointment if you would like to sell or trade-in your natural diamond. We do not purchase or offer trades on lab grown diamonds.
